Thanks for the info. I will pick my unit up next weekend. Everything works and was only "used" for one summer season. Great customer support on the phone.

Gumpy as you already know, I am on a very tight budget for this "hobby" and am always looking for a deal. Found it! $75.00 with the floor bolts and floor flange.
