What are the louvers in the side skins for above the belt line behind the service door and in front of the radiator inlets?

Tom Thats a good guess but I have oil bath air cleaners and they intake at the canisters. These louvers are on the side of the bus just under the windows, one set forward and one set aft. They have screen material behind them. All I can think of is maybe something to do with heating and ventilation?

I also believe they are for the coach air.
