Slide Out.

Hi, Anyone out there used the HWH Slide-out. We have one that slides in and out but, top seals and the bottom in maybe 2" from sealing, We tried contacting HWH, they are telling us 4 to 5 weeks to talk with a tech, No its not installed on a bus, but we are going to build a complete frame work on a Freightliner chassis. Any help would be appreciated.
