More on cannot retrieve the error codes DDEC-1 ECM

I am new to the BB if I did the update (reply) incorrectly please excuse me.

I have worked with Butch and JR to retrieve the codes. DD dealer and Luke connected the pro-link, they could read the parameters and the readout indicated that there were error codes.  I, Luke, and dd dealer have jumpered the A & M pins and the Check Engine came on and stayed on.  I got the "Big Print" from Butch and the CD-rom "troubleshooting DDEC-1" from Coach information.  I have rung out many of the wires but like someone said none of the documentation the 100 % accurate.

I am interested in the computer program which allows a PC to connect to the ECM. Does anyone have a part numbers.
