Title: Just a Thought When Posting Problems
Post by: Dreamscape on October 13, 2008, 05:26:38 AM
I am probably guilty of this also! ;)

When doing some reading for the Wiki, I have noticed that some of us don't post the results of fix's.

It would be a great help for all to remember to do that, so that when someone is searching on "How To" they can find the answer.

We all get in a big hurry when we work on our guilded cages and sometimes forget to post the results.

I will say this though, some of us are real good when it comes to the results and "How I Fixed It". So ignore this and go fix something!

Amen!
That is a very good post.

Let remind our self if you will (in including me) to enhance this great MAK board of the results. We appreciate that some already have...thank you.

Such as "Keep us inform the problem solver so we can learn, thank you"

FWIW

... and personally, I really enjoy the posts where guys present stories of past problems.  It is great when they tell you all the symptoms and perplexing details, but then wait a day or two to reveal what the true cause and solution were.  They make great busnut brainteasers and entertaining who-done-its that we all learn from.
