Very, Very nice Greg,
Like the way you did the entry, pilot and copilot seating. I have been contemplating doing that for a very long time. With a 4 sp manual, the shifter is in the way. :(
Thanks for sharing,
Paul
Greg, I've told you before how much I love the way your Eagle looks. I didn't know I would end up getting one like it! I just got my 1989 Model 20! I'd love to pick your brain sometime about what you pulled out and what you had to leave of the original stuff.
Getting rid of the rubber bumpers was a huge improvement. I am looking for a set now for mine.
Thanks for sharing the pics.
Dale
Paul,
I wonder if you could put a dog leg crook in your shift lever (or fabricate another) that will get the stick more forward and ahead of the seats? That would be my approach at least. Thanks for the compliment!
Dale,
The rubber bumper on the front is the the only bad thing about the Eagle 20 in my opinion and that can be fixed. I used Eagle 10 bumpers along with Eagle 10 brackets and it worked like a charm. The one cosmetic issue I need to address is the lower corner SST is at a different angle and is not as "squared off" as on the Eagle 10. I will fabricate a piece of sst one day and make this look correct. Email or call anytime and thanks for the compliment!
