The owner of the 81 BB I'm looking at got a hold of Washington Dmv,and found out that Oregon made a mistake when he registered the bus.Washington says it is a clear title and if he sends in some form with the bus info they will send him a certified letter stating that the title has no marks.That way allowing a clear title to be had.This take 5 business days so I'm waiting to see what happens. Peabody; check the Vin # thoroughly on the unit Oregon and Idaho have what is call a assigned vehicle id number for a repaired vehicle and some states will tell you it is unmarked but the title will have repaired on it have a good day and with some paint you will have a nice looking bus that is the original color (ugly huh)
