I answered the question of what they are.
a 4501 and a 4104/6, both with Aerocaoch components as well as a fair ammount of custom fabrication.
they have been around for quite some time.

Might try and contact Mr. Don Bowen of Choo Choo Express Garage in Chattanooga, TN or Mike Hill / TN Busnut in Chattanooga.
Mike is who took and posted the pics on his website. And Don is the owner of the shop it was being worked on in the pics.
FWIW ;D BK ;D
looks like some one had too much time and money and spare buses setting around, and a good imagination.
on one of the above links there used to be a page showing some of the construction, but it's not there anymore.
yep too much money and time

& not enough taste . . . . . :o ;D
But, taste is subjective . . . . .
I saw a TV special on it once. And IIRC they use 100% volunteer labor in a factory style shop and every body has their own thing to do, but they do it together in harmony sort of like a production line.
It was pretty cool watching the show and learning about the people who built them. Again if IIRC they all live and work together as a helping hand type of organization that allows anyone at all to join them providing they are willing to help themselves and do whatever little or large part that they are able to do. Best I recall these coaches were built specifically for their "ministries" and they actually do other conversions and such also. But it's been a long time with many charters in between so I ain't guaranteeing the accuracy of this at all! FWIW ;D BK ;D
I found this with more info on its construction.
