I just got a plasma cutter. It is absolutely awesome. It is so much fun, I think everyone should have one. Now all I have to do is figure out what I am going to use it for.

Great for you. It sounds as though they have improved a lot.
I got one about 15 years ago. It was rated for 1/2" steel, but would mostly 'blow-back' on much thinner stuff, and fry some expensive parts. ----- long gone, and no longer needed.
