It may be ugly but its my Ugly Betty. I got it out to run up the drive and back. Now I need to paint her.

Where the UGLY Betty?
All I see is a genuine 35 ft well made motorhome with a wonderful L 10. Well done.
Thanks for sharing you great photo of progress in the making.

did you shorten it?
There is no such thing as an ugly bus! Only works in progress ;D ;D
What they said!
Good work buddy!

Tom,
Really nice and well thought out.
I like
1. no mitre box belt and air lines all over the place.
2. Still room to get to things
3. just looks tiddy.

Wow! That is beautiful craftmanship. Have you noticed the trend in hot rodding to leave beautiful metalwork exposed? Betty is so straight, I'd think about stripping the last of the paint and polish it!

Teke, Yes I removed 37.25 inches from it.
Thanks for the kind words. Tom Y
cool, curious the reason for the 3 foot shrink?
Teke, There is a 30 foot 4106 near me, they removed one section out of it. I liked it, and the last RV I had was 27 feet. My wife did not want a bigger one. I had planned remove 5 feet and relocate the fuel tank but they did such a nice job mounting it there so I left it intact. I added 15 inches to the rear for a 33 + foot coach. Tom Y
YEAH TOM! Awesome! You've been putting a lot of time into her this year! I'm sooooo glad to actually see and hear that it roles under it's own power. Now we need a few interior pictures. Great job Tom and thanks for sharing. I bet the L10 is going to run real great in the back of that thing and your mileage should be excellent.
Now that I review the photos after Tekebird mention "did you shorten it?" That explains why it looks even sportier. Tom Y...you are one of very few metal fabricators on this board who will take this major challenge to make it your way. I admire your compact design and with sport car performance. Great Project!

Thanks Guys.
Brian, Theres not much to see on the inside. The bath is about done, and I have a closet built. I am getting ready to paint. I am giving myself a month to do it but it will likey take me longer. I took off Sat. to paintball with my son and didn't have much energy left last nite. Tom Y
Brian, I am glad to see you are still out there. I got my heat working there was another port on the water pump about 4 inches lower. I found a pic in a manual, not sure why it made a difference but it did. Thanks Tom Y
Tom,
That is the BIGGEST generator I have ever seen. ;D I want one and I want it now! ;)
Great work,
John
