Any bus nuts in the New Orleans area know where to buy a good muffaletta sandwich the place we went for years is no longer here

Not be of any help to suggest where or which is best but thanks for bring this "Muffaletta" sandwich to search. It is making me hungry to look at the picture:

What is a "Muffaletta" ? Is it like some weird hybrid of a cow and a llama? :D

you guys did not help a lot on this topic,but when in New Orleans the place to go for a  mufflaletta is Luigi's better than Central Grocery and cheaper too
