Has anyone seen the Flag of Honor clip on Yahoo.com today. The clip shows an airplane taxing, then a Honor Guard very carefully passing a folded American flag for person to person. Then walking through the airport, to put this very special flag on display.
It's very touching. Try the link below, (I hope).....

What is everyone doing today?
We are going to St. Petersburg, Fl to the party and fireworks at the downtown pier.
Happy 4th of July. Keep it safe and make it a Red, White and Blue day. Take a minute to thank all that service.

Hi Bill & Folks,
Happy 4th to all and have an enjoyable weekend..
Nick-
Bill, Nick and Everyone.
Have a Happy and Safe Independence day.
Every 4th I like to celebrate the fourth, by flying the flag that draped over my Fathers casket.
As an honor to Him and also because it was his birthday.

Oh and what I am doing today; I am at work, generating revenue, want to make sure all those SS checks are still good next month.....LOL ;D

Thanks Cliff, we appreciate that. Hope everyone has a joyous 4th. Jack
Happy Birthday United States of America!
Hope every one is enjoying a safe and glorious 4th of July!
What a wonderful time to celebrate the brith of our country.
Even though I can't be home this year, I thought often about how special this day is. We have a lot to be grateful for, even if the price of fuel is high. ;D
I worked today also Cliff! Have to make sure I put enough into SS so I can retire at minimum wage!
Be safe everyone!
Paul
Like most of us retired folks we spent the day with people our own age here in Franklin, NC in our RV Park with many Floridians who are escaping the summer heat. We do this every year and we try to pay tribute to those who gave their lives and limbs for Freedom.
The folks who own and run our RV Park are among those who give great respect to the "Greatest Generation", although we all know that we have sons, daughters, grandsons and grand daughters who are currently serving today.
While we attended last year this year was even more moving since we're not only involved in Iraq but it appears than the mission is getting more serious in Afghanistan.
Please, this is not an open door for Political opportunity....merely a comment (and I'm holding my tongue).
Let's take a moment to remember those who have given all they had for FREEDOM and pray that, with wisdom, we might make the proper choices in the fall for a continuation of the greatest nation in history!
