Title: Rear engine control box
Post by: Bob Gil on June 29, 2008, 02:50:00 PM
Ok I understand that the bus makers have done away with the box for the rear engine controls.

What have they done?

How much should I protect the wiring?

Or should I just hang it out in the open?

I have found a box but it seams a little big and I am considering jut putting a piece of angle iron (aluminum) and mount the 3 way switch and start and kill buttons on it and leave the wiring open.

What do you think?  How are the builders doing it?

On my '82 RTS the wires are exposed.
