Well I have to ask.
I have a bad a/c on bus, I have read that good idea to go to roof air units
If that is true should I change the a/c unit to cool the motor.
hello
if you are running the road air which came in the bus, it will be worth
while to kill that system. and go with either roof tops. and a gen set.
or install a small compressor for the small road air. install the blower
close to the front of bus for better air flow. j.t.
depending on what is wrong with your Coach A/c....
there is absolutley no substitute for the on road cooling ability of the coach A?C.
people say they are a maint headache, and they can be if not maintained properly.
Running a Genset while going down the highway puts ALOT of time on your genset. plus burns an extra gallon or so an hour.
running coach air will hardly be seen in engine fuel useage. a couple 15k roof units take a long while to cool down a really hot bus especially while driving into the sun.
I personally would not own a bus that did not have coach A?C
no idea what you are talking about cooling the engine?????????????
