GUYS - give us a break already!  Its way too hard to get converted busses into Canada without you Yanks coming up here and buying them.  Just buy a bus that's already south of the 49th. Please.

Should not be difficult.

Issues/Items to consider with this bus.

1. Rust
2. So So conversion quality, Looks fairly nice but alot of home appliances cabinets not installed really well as far as meeting lines of coach.
3. standard coach ceiling
4. 5 speed
5. 6v92
6. Systems bays is a posterchild for a shadetree mechanic/converter install

probably worth the 15.......probably could be had for 10

Just warning you.....I bought a 1979 MCI from a guy in toronto and though the outside did look fairly nice....underneath and the interior structural walls were rusted terribly.  The windows leaked quite a but at the bottom curves and that led the the rusting issues.  Getting it ac cross the border is another issue.  In Canada they are commercial vehicles which you need special licensing to drive.  We hired, under advisement from 3 separate companies who have delt with the Canadian border, a truck delivery company to get it through the border issues.  You needs special permits, paps permits and it needs to meet emissions.  We were told you can try to get it though on your own, but if they don;t let you though because paper work isn't filled out right, or emissions is a problem, what are you going to do?  Our bus was a limo bus, so it already had an current emissions sticker.  They gave me a price of $1000.00 to pick it up, do the paper work, and deliver it 5 hours away.  That was worth it to us.  The price included the cost of filling it up half way.

For 16.5k, I think you can do better here in the US.  No air conditioning, no roof vents, few windows means no ventilation.  The plumbing looks pretty shabby.  I think this was put together quite quickly without really thinking out the design.  There is some weird drain system dumping directly to the sewer connection and not going to a tank.  Not good!  I would consider this bus in need of a re-do, and that kind of money is a lot!

FWIW!
