Some of you know that I am rebuilding a 1993 H340 Series 60. Pictures 2 weeks ago. We sold our house August 2006. I sold my business November 2006 - I am working for the buyer but can leave whenever. She is still working for Continental Airlines - 24 years - can retire with OK money - pension, 401K, etc. We have invested sporadically but within the last years are comfortable and feel that we can make it with a little workcamping after 5-7 years. The reason we are staying is health insurance - and my bus needs to get here so I can build our house in it. We are living in a 5th wheel and enjoying fulltiming - with a leash of working. We are traveling a lot. All sounds good, right?
She is a part time realtor. She found a foreclosed house that "has a parking pad for the bus". She bid on it and it is ours! Some work to be done - we have done it before and know contractors.
Yesterday I bought a new hose.
Good luck ... having a house might make it better for doing the interior on the bus, more room for wood working tools than a 5th wheel.

And when they are the same, it ain't a happy moment. ;)
Going from the simplicity of before to owning the complication of real estate again?
I'd say the topic has been well titled!
