Interesting, but I like those Kingsleys more. The guy that just bought my old bus was doing something similar. He cut away most of the shell of a schoolie and was mounting a travel trailer to it. Seemed like a pretty decent idea to me. Unfortunately, he dropped the trailer when lifting it and destroyed it. Since they had been living in the trailer, they took bus as the replacement.
That's a good rig for the guys that need to pull big trailers! Plenty of power & a good solid frame to mount to.

If I wanted living space like that, I think i would get an older Airstream trailer. The truck seems like overkill, unless they already had it sitting around. My 62 Airstream had a metal plaque on the side showing a bicycle rider towing it. Mine was a 22' Safari and weighed 3300lbs.
It is different, for sure.
