Title: Awning for my bus
Post by: bowmaga on May 21, 2008, 06:20:58 AM
I'm getting a 21' awning from Fleetwood travel trailers for our bus.  My roof isn't raised or anything, and I plan on placing the front arm between the first and second window and then the back arm will be above my drive axle tire.  Will i have a problem with the arms being to long?  Do I need to get special arms or shorter arms?  Or will standard arms be just fine?

There's a 1 1/2 x 3 hoiz tube that runs at floor level, the arms should bolt into this tube.

I used a ZipDee awning because I had to get above the center clearance light. Note where the bottom of the arms are mounted.
