Title: Looking for OLD DDEC Harnesses to build a DDEC Test Rig for A Pro-link 9000
Post by: RTS/Daytona on May 02, 2008, 07:26:01 AM
Hi All

I'm looking for an OLD DDEC-II (especially) and DDEC-4 (next phase)-
HARNESSES and any sensors if you have them - to build a test harness to
plug into DDEC's and test and see/record/ things like:

1-H.P rating
2-record historical error codes
3-Smoke Control status

and even change ?? things that are settable by my PROLINK9000 like:
1-reset historical error codes
2-Cruse Control (max speed/high-low limits/PPM or RPMs/mph)
3-Idle Shutdown (on/off) (shutdown conditions) (time) Override ??
4-Password

Hopefully when I'm done - I can change some of the simple stuff for
others members - or even RENT out my tester and instructions for a
small fee and a deposit.

Thanks

engine harness - thier are fairly self contained - go to most of the sensors - one of the important things is that I have the DDEC connectors - I can dummy up a lot of the sensors with small pots.

I'm just building a small rig to connect to a DDEC - I'll  tap into the Data lines and power with my PROLINK and go from there.

The least thing I could use is JUST the DDEC CONNECTORS with a few inches of wire left on them
