Hi Christopher,
Are you talking about the "piano" type from the overhead baggage compartments?
If so, I had lots of them but, used every one I had left for my interior doors.

Look on ebay. There's a LOT of various stainless hinges at good prices. I just bought a few for my boat... many to choose from.
Search "stainless piano" and "stainless hinge" etc
I found this post doing a search on the topic:

It includes price and contact info for 4" wide piano hinges that, as I understand it, mount into the existing rubber hinge channels.
That said, a continuous piece of piano hinge going the length of the door makes for a better appearance and avoids leaving a wide open slot the width of the center part of the hinge. The cost of a full length SS hinge would be comparable to a pair of the 4". But it would take more work to mount them since they wouldn't have been engineered to mount in the existing channels.
I suppose you could do a hybrid. Get the pair of 4" SS hinges and the rubber hinge strip. Put the SS hinges on each end and the rubber hinge between them. The door would actually be supported by the SS hinges and the rubber hinge would fill the gap. Since it wouldn't be carrying the load, it wouldn't matter when it became weathered and might not ever break since it didn't have weight on it.
INternational Bus and Parts sells stainless hinges, and they may even sell you the size and shap you need. They have quite a variety.

Contact Ed in the link posted by Hightechredneck. He lives about 7 miles from me and has made lots of these. They are designed for use in GMCs but I used them in my Eagle model 10. I put one on each end of the door with new rubber in between and it works great.

Forgot to say he machines the roll in the edges to fit properly in the slot.
