Stephen Meyer who invent on demand HHO2 generator to run his dune buggy back in 1980 and later died from poisoning to try to stop it from being fully develop into less or no dependency on oil. There been 2 inventor so far that been put away to stop the state of art fuel.

The HHOS pdf file is an interesting read and pretty much shows the limit of scientific method of the inventor.
He ran road test and proved the superiority of his system by filling up the gas tank before and after the tests and reading the pump to three decimal places to determine how much fuel was used.
His high amperage alternator was producing 165 amps during the test and the battery voltage read 12 volts before and after the test. (Do I need to make any comment about a lead acid battery that reads 12 volts?)
Before doing any more tests, I would suggest that he buy a volt meter and a calibrated fuel consumption meter. Then he can put his vehicle on a dyno instead of all the unknown variables of driving it up and down the road.
