Mike, one of the reasons I included it was that it is a "dot" gov.

It's also interesting that in the late 90's my EFIL was receiving $625from SS... yes it was, he was also geting Part "a" and Part "b".
To make the story even better, he worked for Jewish Hospital in Louisville, Ky for 13 years, and as a result of his disability from them got $$2992.00/month.
Everytime his check from SS went up, his rent also went up. This usually meant he was exactly even on his section8.
The same apartment building where he lived had the same apartments available for open rent at $348/month. The best part was that those same apartments included cable and the use of the "facilities" (those were the hottub, jacuzzi, weight room and steam room.
When confronting both the apartment building management and the Social Security admin, we were told nothing could be done, it wasn't illegal, don't bother us, "Press One for English", KMA, and best of all.. this isn't really my job, you'll need to contact the PTB for the answer to your question.

Before, just using my estimations, I took the issue to the SSA to see if there had been some kind of error. They double checked it* and said that it she was getting the correct amount. ::)
* In govt offices, "double checking" means they printed out the account record and simply repeated what it showed. Not much human thinking goes on in those offices.
This one is kinda interesting, make sure you have plenty of time when you look at it ;) THey are starting to link to more commercial stuff but it is usually the recipes and such.
