Title: Several conversions seen in MO this weekend.
Post by: Busted Knuckle on February 23, 2008, 07:55:50 AM
First friday afternoon I saw a great looking (at least from rolling by @ 75mph)
green GM (sorry not familar enough w/GMs to determine model # s) @ 158 MM on I-70 (near Williamsburg, MO) on the North side of I-70. I've seen it before, but this time I made note of where it was so I could ask here if it's anybody from the board.

Then at exit 144 there was a converted MCI white (looked like a 96A3, 102A,3 or C3, again @ 75 mph it was hard to tell) and 2 seated coaches (a Van Drool an a 9) at an old gas station.

Then somewhere on the southside of I-70 there was a shop that had several old buses in the conversion process sitting around 1 was a primerd 9 and I wasn't able to pay much attention to the others while fly'n by.

Then this morning as I was getting on I-70 WB @ exit 21 a nice looking purple & white GM (again I don't know my GMs that well, but I think this one was a Buffalo) w/KS plates went by me while I was getting on. Of courswe I had to get a better look so I looked it over and waved at the driver while I passed it b4 I got back off on 291 N @ exit 15B.

Just curious if any of these buses belong to anyone we know? By the way I forgot to post I was gonna be in KC this weekend because this was a last minute charter.
