Shoot, Chuck, I think you are being just a bit too pollitically correct on this one. I think instead of pussyfooting around the issue, you should just say something like, "Sam Walker, the guy behind this ebay auction, was just convicted of several counts of fraud in the state of Pennsylvania, for taking money from customers for buses and work that he never delivered."
If that's inaccurate, let me know and I'll edit it.
Gumpy, I personally think you were too easy on him.
Ed.
LOL :D
I must of stepped in some of that diversity training crap they keep throwing at us at work! Gonna have to take a long shower with a wire brush tonight.
Check out the questions and answers at the bottom of the auction page. Very interesting. Quite optimistic. Their debt ratio is pretty low. Must be a company in good standing :)
I just sent EBAY a note so let's see how long it takes them to pull the listing.
The pictured coach looks to be a New Jersey Transit that was resold to Coach USA , then resold to ? . Seller states that bus has mint 0 miles engine and like new trans - engine rebuilds and trans in great condition must be a lot cheaper for the seller than I am used to paying ! If valid documentation is presented - maybe .
