The Delaware gang (Bruce, Ross, Ron and Gary) were in New Jersey today picking up Gary's new Harley Road King. We met for lunch at Harold's NY Deli to ponder the dates for the rally. As you can see by the pictures below, Ron had on his thinking cap! :o But then we unanimously decided that we're not having a rally until Gary buys a bus! - ;) No pressure Gary!! There was a renaissance festival in the hotel right next door - here were all these knights, wizards and wenches laughing their asses off at Ron! It was a riot. Well, we still don't have a date for the rally - but the meetings sure are fun! We'll keep you posted.

Well sorry to say that Kathy and I will miss this meeting since we are in Miss right now but will be leaving here in the next few day's and start heading back up north with a visit with Gary and Linda for a few day's then a few day's in Charlotte to visit with the kid's and grandaughter then back to De.Looking forward to seeing everyone soon Mike

Those dates sound good to us. Let us all know the rally fees and place to send them so you will have a more accurate idea how many can attend. Those attending bring your favorite Karaoke CD,s if you have any and if not, I am sure Bill will have his Cd's there also.
One thing I do find wrong with these dates is that Nick and his family will not be at the rally per his post on this thread and to me Nick and his Family are part of the foundation to your successful Delaware Rally and I hope something will change that will allow them to be able to attend.
I cannot say enough good about this rally as we have been to it and had so darn much fun and it surely made you forget about fuel prices and many personal problems once you got there. Come hungry and bring your instruments if you want to, I am sure there will be time to do everything funwise that you can imagine. Plan on a couple of extra days just in case you have as much fun as we did.

We will not be with bus AGAIN!! My back has been giving me a fit with this new operation, certainly not a walk in the park this time!!
I wanted to go to Delaware and TBS with bus this year but my health indicated, "Don't Think So"! Well, maybe for my 64th Birthday then, cause 63 is getting near and termites still munching under the eagle on about 40 wooden blocks right now.
But, we are still coming in our S&S, and also attending the Southeast Bus rally at Charlotte on April 9th - 12th. Jack and Paula also will be there. Wish we could go to Gene's rally in May also but got a wedding to attend and we will have a house full it looks like. Come to the rally at Charlotte if you can, we look forward to seeing Nick and family there now that we know they are coming also. One thing to think of all you guys that keep putting off attending a rally like this. THE PRICE OF FUEL IS NEVER, EVER, EVER GOING TO GO DOWN. Try to come if you can. Your going to enjoy meeting all our friends there and I guarantee you they will be yours also from day one!!

These "Pondering Meetings" just keep getting better & better.
You Guy's missed another good one, we where right on the water (state park w/full hook ups, short walk to the beach). My 10 year old caught a 3' shark.
There were plenty of open spots ( Jack & buswarrior)lol
We had some rain and lightning ,so we moved inside.
(nothing like a lightning storm on the Ocean)

The next Pondering Meeting will be May 23rd - the 26th, starting at Bruce's house but who knows where we will end up. (Northumberland or Johnstown, PA?)
Gary & Tiffany ("not LaBombard") as well as Mike & Kathy have been working on the rally events schedule and registration, I'm guessing this meeting will finalize that.
John & Cindy stop by Bruces any weekend, there is usually 8 to 10 buses there everyone is always welcome to join us.
I will be readying my bus for a trip to Gorham Maine and might have to forgo the June Pondering Meeting. :(

I did manage to sneak down to the Delaware Rally for a brief visit... Even though my cell phone wouldn't stop ringing all of saturday!
I want to thank all the Delaware gang for putting on a great show and FOOOOD again! Thanks, and sorry if I didn't get a chance to say good bye to everyone..
It gave me a chance to try out my new toad and 10,000lb hitch set-up too. It's heavy but tracks real good.
