I have an MC9 with a leaking crank seal and accessory drive seal. My mechanic asked for the engine serial number to make sure he gets the correct parts prior to bringing in the vehicle for maintenance. Where can I find the engine serial number? I have the bus vin #, model number, etc, but cannot find the engine serial number.

It is an 8v71.
