I know some were looking for a muffler. This one may work:

I have no interest in this, just though it may help somebody.

On 4 stoke engines, a 5 inch muffler will usually due. But on a 2 stroke, the air flow is very sensitive. As example- when I turbocharged my bus I at first kept the original muffler which was 13" round by 65" long-very big-so I thought it would flow enough. I was wrong! I bought a Donaldson 5" inlet and outlet on the same side that was 10 x 14 oval by only 21 inches long and weighed a fraction of the old muffler. So even though the new muffler was about a third the size of the old muffler, it flowed much better since it was made for a turbocharged engine, plus it now puts out a nice tone. If you want that muffler, find out the brand, part number and run the applications that muffler was made for. Mufflers are just like tires-there are an exact application they are made for-not just big black round things that roll down the road (Michelin has 45 different models of tires in the 11R-22.5 size alone!). Besides, a good muffler isn't all that expensive- about $150-250. Good Luck, TomC
