Can't you just stay in your coach?
Last time I was there they treated me like I was scum.
I wouldnt go there if they were giving away coaches.

Ednj, I cannot stay in the coach as it will be in the shop with the sides removed,  sorry about the way you were treated and I will make mention of that to them. They did agree to let me watch the installion of the slides ( i had to furnish insurance)

Charley I am having two slides installed and it was go to Fl or IA and Iowa is not the place I want to be in Feb

what are they charging for that?  Knowing what thier major competition charges for labor I would bet it is cheaper to buy a new bus

Tekebird, They were lower in price than most and are using HWH slides not the electric slides.BTW i took your advice its a flat fee no more or no less in writing with a time frame or it cost Featherlite 400.00 a day and now we will wait and see what the out come will be.

Featherlite is at the 17/92 Sanford Exit off I-4

The next exit to the west is the Town Center Mall at Hwy 46

The Next exit west is Lake Mary Florida/ Heathrow exit.

Or about 10 (+-) miles from Sanford / Featherlite.

Allegiant Air flies in and out of Sanford Florida to several major cities.
( East end of Lake Mary Boulevard ).

All of these areas are generally within an hours drive of all attractions
including Daytona, Disney, Sea World and Universal.

If you are a scrounge.. Go across the entrance from Feathlite into the industrial
complex and visit Acme Industrial Surplus. then West to Winter Park ( Fairbanks Ave.) exit turn left and go under the overpass to Skycraft Parts and Surplus on left.

Enjoy your stay in Florida...

Dave.. ( Formerly from that area.. )

Cole - just have them pick up and deliver you to your hotel as your not that far away - I bought my coach from them and there was no end to the things they were willing to do for me, all I  had to do was ask, it's not like your just getting serviced - your spending a few buck$ I imagine - HTH

Dave, thanks for the all the info i have never driven in FL but flew in and out of the Miami airport several times a year for 20 years.

Niles, Featherlite has been great to work with once we got over the start date issue which was mostly my fault. I will have my own tow vehicle so I can see Fl on the weekends and maybe meet some from the board. thanks
