Hi All,
Just a quick update from Mexico. Part arrived on Wed from Deans Coach. Spent an hour and a half installing it under an aired out bus. Both hips are bruised, literally, from working under there, but it is now parked where it should be.
The gasket leaked like a sieve until it hit operating temps, but stopped leaking after that. Normal? Anyways, just gotta unbend my radiator mounts to keep the fan from contacting the shroud and all should be good.
Thanks again Dallas!! Rob Riddle at Deans Coach is a great guy to deal with. Never been so thankful to hear a good old American drawl on the other end tell me that he has what I need!
Cheers.
Aron.

Uhhh, no, not normal. But if it gets you home where you can fix it properly, it's good.
Is it possible you damaged the mating surface when you bottomed out?
Did you clean the old gasket off the mating surfaces well? You might need to use some silicon to seal the new gasket.
Make sure your water tanks are full. You may need the extra water to get home.
