I have to RR my rear brake valve. I have already ordered the kit and will get that done shortly. It removing the valve, I noticed that the large air line (1 inch I.D) connects to the valve with a 1 inch to 1/2 inch adapter body. I am having a difficult time finding a brake line supplier with an adapter body that large.
Anyone know of a supplier that carries air line end fittings so large?
Thanks in advance!

They will have it , give them a call. ;)
Grant, to help me in my air system education, are you speaking of the relay valve? If so, what symptoms what the valve exhibiting? I'm getting a late start in understanding the functions of all components of the air & brake systems - just replaced my rear actuators last week - and would like to know all I can as I go forward looking at everything.
Thanks!
Chuck, the vavle sits just to the left of the passenger side leveling valve. The tag on the vavle says brake valve with a pressure of 85 psi. The valve was leaking around the gasket. In tear down, the gasket was old, dry and cracked.
I am only thinking that this valve supplies the rear brakes. I have not had a chance to look at the repair manual yet. My brakes were working fine. I just wanted to stop the leak down.

Hi;
You maight also try Motion Industries. They should
be in the phone book. I am replacing the fuel lines
in the engine compartment and they had the right
stuff. Look under industrial supply in the phone book.
Good luck, Merle.
