Can't find fun???? a couple thoughts come to mind.
my email spam box is full of possibly fun things to do, if your wife is willing.
You could visit us in beautiful, cold, flat, cloudy Cleveland where the water is flowing well, and no smoke.
You could hop a plane to Nashville and get Enterprise to get you out to visit Bubbagal and friends...
You could spend some quality time with the bus so you could have one to travel around in next year...

Thanks everybody! It has been a pretty great day! Spent the day with Don Fairchild talking about Eagles and Detroits. We moved some stuff around in his lot so we can park the Eagle and his Country Coach side by side there. Tonight, in lieu of going out and fighting the crowds, I opted for my wife's fried chicken, potatoes, and biscuits and gravy. We'll do some things this weekend to celebrate the birthday. We're planning a big trip to Egypt at the end of the year so we'll probably not go anywhere out of town. Gotta save some money up! I would love to visit Nashville though. It was home for ten years and it has been about 9 months since I have been there. I'll definitely make the visit to the BK Garage on my next trip!
I hope the Eagle is on the road by my next birthday too! We're gearing up to attempt the roof raise soon. Anybody close enough to Bakersfield that wants to help is welcome! We'll make a party out of it! haha
