Someone was looking for sources for electric wiper conversions a while ago. I was housecleaning my office this morning and came across some information that I dug out at the time I was converting our coach to electric wipers. We bought our mechanisms from IBP and that experience was ......... shall we say, LESS than perfect. In the course of getting my new system to actually work I stumbled onto this outfit:
www.amequipment.com (http://www.amequipment.com). I need to stress that we did not purchase our mechanism from this company but it appears to be the mechanism that we purchased. The issue with our system was the switches and I ended up getting those from NAPA. I think these are Cole Hersee numbers - but I'm too lazy to go digging behind the dash to figure it out:

Some of those are 12 volt units; some are 24 and the amperages vary on them but they are all variable speed plus hi & low speeds.
