Great, more for me to digest!
I love reading peoples web pages, they give me great ideas and lot's of help but I'm not sure I'd try that repower myself. You're a brave soul!
Great page, Brian! That is what I like to see!
Most excellent!

You're a brave soul!
Thanks Dax, that is very kind! I think I'm definitely qualified for the "Bus
Nut" title now.
Everytime I see that picture of your jeep at the rest area 20 miles from the truck shop it makes my heart skip a beat. I should have have had you take my truck too! You're a brave guy, Brian for taking on this project. I'm very impressed and still am hoping to swing by sometime to see the workmanship in person.

Now you need to come back to Ogden so I can check out the finished product. Kent
Brian, Great Job! I know the hours don't show or most just don't realize how much you accomplished, but I do! Thanks for the docudrama! I'm totally amazed at how well your Jeep handled that towing job. One of the draws of doing it yourself is how much you learn in the process, this has to be a complete confidence builder for a busnut.
Thanks Brian for sharing with us.
All I can say is it took lots of guts to do what you did, and you did a wonderful job.
Good Luck and
Happy Trails,

Great job Brian, it just proves you can do anything with some proper planning and an adventurous spirit. Thanks for putting on your site for all to see!
Thanks for the compliments everyone. I'll be updating the site again in a few days (hopefully) with a list of the parts I have left over that I want to sell.
All i get is "Page not found"

Oops! Posted this as part of a message in another thread and it should have gone here...
Brian, I hope to use your site as a way to convince my wife that 'steel tenting' is a good thing. She keeps saying she don't want us to use the bus until it is done.

Paul, what address are you trying to use? Maybe try and type it directly into your broweser address bar.

The great thing about using it during the conversion phase is you find things you want to do differently and have the opportunity to do it without a lot of time and money and effort. Also, it is MUCH better on the bus to get used than to sit around never getting any miles on it for a couple of years. All kinds of things get rusty and break when you start to use the bus after sitting for a few years.
Just wanted to say thank you for sharing your project with us . Looks and sounds like a job well done and the pictures show some nice workmanship. Great Job

Thanks Fred, I would have appreciated the offer. In the end the Jeep did just great and you never had to listen to me "
critique" the truck.! ;D ;D ;D

Hey Kent, gotta be careful here as you may outpost yourself! :) Yeah, I'd love to make it out to Ogden again and see your projects and your brothers (was it your brother?) bus.
