there are 20 of them available, I am still trying to decide if I should get 2/4 or 6 of them.

only 22.5's and down to 10 available.....may only be 6 if I decide to do the duals in and out

Watch the stud length with dual aluminum wheels.  If you're going from steel, they'll likely have to be changed out.   When changing, consider the width of two aluminum wheels. 
The inner is going to be screwed by facing the hub.  The steel wheel, assuming it's a 22.5 also, would be a good inner dual.   Weight isn't an issue on a bus. 
Are you running hub piloted wheels now?   
You probably know about this, but, for those that don't, you cannot install aluminum wheels on steel wheel studs...not typically.  And, the hub/lugnut design must match.  The studs can be changed to accomodate the additional thickness of aluminum wheels.
