Sure, at the low, low, low price of a mere $1.55/mile plus any labor charged at $65/hr, plus motels, plus food, plus parts, plus anything else I can think of to make a buck!

I think it would make a great coach for you. Just what ML would love!

As I put on all my ebay auctions: Bid High and Bid Often!

Thank you, Thank you, Dallas your keen eye cost me $1875.00  BUT.... I now own another antique vehicle. The best thing about it is..... the bus is in my home town.  I never knew it existed. I'm a member of the Antique auto club here in town and I now own a piece of history.  I grew up a few miles from where this bus was built. Thanks....

I wish I had money, energy, space and time to collect all the old coaches I've seen.
Many have gone to the scrap yard and become a can to hold hairspray.

I watched a 1959 Prevost get torn apart by a logging crane, loaded on a flatbed and hauled off. I was depressed for days after that.

Good luck with your purchase, I hope she captures your heart the way she did mine.
:-X

Sorry........    :)

I have a real bad curiosity habit. Anytime a bus is sold that I really think is neat I
check the buyers purchase profiles. That way if it is a business it may come up
for resale.  Only someone really into Ghia's would sell pans and probably have
the better stuff hidden away...........

To me an underrated classic.

I think it's great that they kept the original bus look. You will get a lot of attention with that one.

Very cool! 8)

Well I went and paid for the bus last night and took closer look at it.  Lots of original trinkets with it.
When you open the door, mounted on the lower dash is the hand crank used to open and close the bay doors :)  Immediatly above the crank in the original glass case is the Pyrene fire exstingusher.  Lots of owner modifications thru out the years but lots of orginal trim and switches.  The bus is 2 years older than me so I didn't expect much.  The power train is on a slide out.  When I got there the owner was trying to make it run so he could take it for a cruise before I drove it off.  Nice guy.

I checked into the history on MCI website  It was # 14 of 35  of the Courier 200 model  It was Delivered to Greyhound Calgary Alberta October 1947 as unit # W 713  Last commercial operator was Scenic Mountain Tours.  The current owner has owned it from around 78- 79  His comments were I drove the sh*T out of it and it never used any oil. (it's amazing how those off the cuff comments can be soothing)

Hopefully I can help my son restore it back to its pride. It would be # 4 on my list of current working projects but only # 2 on his list

Looking forward to driving it as the P/O is determined that I'm driving it off his property.

Side note for you fellow car/ truck restorers this guy has a yard full of restoreable quality cars this is the "first sale he made on the Internet.  ;D

Hey Chaz  maybe watch e'bay  by selecting him as a favorite seller, then every time he sells something you'll get a email. Then you can check it out. It is 10 minutes out of town and easy to get to so if anything strikes your fancy I could go take additional pictures and forward them.

I did note in his bus ad it said "no rust"  I still don't know what he might of been commenting on as I was able to easily spot "areas "   some people use that term and shouldn't.  I would prefer min rust.  Paul

Here's another rare find on eBay for you:

170151428582

Looks like it wouldn't take much to make it road worthy, and just think of sticking a NTC BCIV 400 in place of it's present power plant!

Now for you Veggy guys, here's one that make my Clampettmobile look almost like a Marathon!
