As you guys now my family have been fulltiming for nearly a month now,our bus is a conversion in progress and as such still has the original vinyl floor covering.
Anyway this morning at breakfast I said to my six year old son 'can you tell the difference between an ordinary camper and a bus' while pointing to some of the high dollar stick and staples in the campsite. He said 'sure I can, those shiny campers have carpet on the floor and a real bus doesn't.'
We just laughed.
Bigtime,
Kids are so honest and cool!
I overheard my 6 yr old tell another kid that his dad should buy a bus, tear it apart, and on and on, describing the entire process so far. Like it was NO big deal......
My daughter told me once that she was surprised that NO one else has a bus conversion at school....Imagine that!
I love it....
I am planning to go to there school one Saturday and see if I can make the loop with the Bus.....
They used to love when I would pick them up in the Class C on the way out for a trip.....
The Bus...priceless......The stories they will tell about there crazy Fathers bus.....even more priceless

My ex-wife's cousins kid loved my old bus and said to his dad one day. "if Ronnie dies you think I could have his bus?" a girl asked the same thing about my dog this year in Sturgis.

Ok clarify this one for us Ron! What exactly was she asking? If the dog died could she have the bus? Or if the bus died could she have the dog? LOL!
