Lets not forget what today is and take a moment to remember everyone that perished that day and their family's.
I agree. I have received numerous emails reflecting on that very sad day in our history. And then there's that Bastard Osama posting his crap on the net. I truly hope we never forget what happened on American Soil.
The family's will never be the same, sons and daughters with no mother or father. The list goes on.
After reading Cliff's post I might add Freedom of Religion!
Pray for their healing.
Paul
One politician in particular should be ashamed we have not yet captrued the person responsible for this national tragedy I too will never forget. You do not hear much on the news anymore about the success of finding this bastard or are we trying any longer? I reach out to the families of the 9/11 victims and also to the loved ones lost over seas now with no real end in sight and no real accomplishment that I have seen except I now have to have my shoes off when I go through the check in at the air port!!
Again I too think of the importance of today and if you do not nearly get a tear thinking of it you are made of stone.

Guys,
I was impressed by how many flags I saw at half staff on the way to work this morning.
It is so important that we remember that gut wrenching feeling that day and work to prevent it from ever happening again.
Don't forget "WE" are the target. Our freedoms, Our way of life, Our Children, Our Family's, Our Country.
Lets ALL work to keep this thread from turning into the blame game, WE are ALL AMERICANS!
Cliff
I don't want to hijack this thread but there's some required reading out there guys and today is probably the best day to reference it:
America Alone by Mark Steyn is a good starting point
then try:
The Truth about Mohammed, founder of the world's most intolerant religion by Robert Spencer
or
The Trouble with Islam: A Muslim's Call for Reform in Her Faith by Irshad Manji
Nobody wants to bell this cat but our struggle/battle isn't with extremists. Its a struggle with a whole way of life that is diametrically opposed to what we cherish. We need to start talking openly about what separates us from Islam before it is too late. We're in the early stages of a World War and I capitalize that name deliberately.
Michael Moore Fahrenheit 9/11 check it out
If that movie has as many blatant lies, falsehoods and misdirections as Bowling for Columbine then I will pass, thanks. His movies are flights of fancy not rooted in reality and should be labeled as such. Not foisted off on the public with the completely incorrect name of "documentary".

Watch some of the video clips again. The WTC clearly was demolished by a controlled demolition. Even airplanes flying into 2 of the buildings don't come close to explaining the straight down collapse of THREE buildings at the WTC. The cover-up of, and, what really happened is quite literally the crime of the century! Who did it is simply not public knowledge.
Amen Frank. Michael Moore is either too stoopid for words or a criminal mastermind with an agenda. Having seen him and listened to his drool I subscribe to the former theory. Either way I wouldn't watch one of his fairy tales if it was the last show on earth.

Michael Moore had nothing to do with destroying buildings on 9 11. Those buildings were clearly rigged with explosives and brought down deliberatly. The airplanes and fires did not cause the collapse. It's long past time for a real investigation of what really happened. For starters: http://stj911.org

Another good book is "Unveiling Islam" by Ergun Mehmet Caner and Emir Fethi Caner. It tells the truth behind the Muslim Life and Beliefs. It will open your eyes. These are scary times and we better do something about it before they really open up. It will make the loss of the Twin Towers seem small in comparison.
It really is a big problem!
Paul
You know what is funny - Winston Churchill identified Islam as the next world problem 50+ years ago. He called it Muhammedanism.
