I'm getting to the point i need to think about wiring (102D3) some is 12v and some is 24v it has a cat c-10, can I change every thing over to 12v. what is better? it's hard to tell ware to start, I wold like to eliminate all the 24v i can any help would be great.
can eliminate 24v by rewiring the whole bus
I'd recommend you leave the bus wiring the way it came from the factory, as much as you can. That way, if you need to have work done by a bus repair facility, they'll likely have proper schematics. Much cheaper than having to trace some non-standard wiring modifications and charge you by the hour.
For house systems, you can do either, or a combination of both. I have the combination approach. My house system is set up 24v, but I have many 12v items, as they are readily available due to the abundance of RVs being 12v. It's really not difficult to set up a
distribution panel for both 12v and 24v, and simply route your wires for each light or appliance to whichever you need.

and replacing the alternator, starter motor, most relays and light bulbs and probably some of the instrumentation as well.
Not something to be undertaken without definite advantages in doing so
I had this conversation in the chat room just recently with another member. My 2c worth - go with 24v wherever possible. The original converter of our coach switched it entirely to 12v. What did he gain? A bunch of headaches for me, as far as I can see anyway. I can see one 12v appliance - the igniter on the fridge is probably 12v. Everything else in here runs on 110 except for some 12v lights. 24v is easier to cable and more efficient. If it ain't broke, don't fix it.
