Title: MC5 real wheel splash guards
Post by: Ncbob on September 03, 2007, 04:06:50 PM
Might anyone know where I might locate a set of MC5 rear wheel vinyl splash guards?

In the event I'm not using the proper nomenclature (that was an important word when I was in the Military eons ago) they're the vinyl, or rubber, splash guards which attach to the body under the wheel opening mouldings.

Not critical...but on my 'want list'.

Thanks,

Bob

Bob,
To replace the ones of our MC-8, I went ot a local truck part place and purchased a rear truck mud flap.  I cut it in half and a set for our bus.  I think I paid about $6-8.  Jack

Jack I beleive bob is not refering the the mud flap underneath ( splash gaurds was the GM term for these.

but the rubber around the wheel well opening on the side.

Bob I have GM ones......new....likely will be very close if not the same.

likely non available from MCI any more
