Post by: Eagle Andy on August 06, 2007, 08:25:30 PM
Well It looks like we are leaving AZ and headed back to the wilds of Montana, Got the call this evening Going to Billings Mt to work as a Ranch Hand For the Yellowstone Boy & Girls ranch . will be leaving on the 18th Iam thinking of taking 10 East to NM then up 25 . this will be the first long trip with the new Eagle Really kind of nervious I don't no why Iam having the Bus serviced and looked at here in Phoenix .when we get settled in Billings going to do a little remodeling . Remove the carpetand put in wood floorsand some new furniture, They  give a house and a place to park the bus . Should be interesting . Andy  8)

If you have any issues around Denver go see Willie's Diesel in Nunn. It's about 10 miles north and 12iles east of Fort Collins.
Safe trip to all.

Seems like the long way to go from Phoenix south to 10 and then up 25.

Why not just head north on 17 and on up through Flagstaff, Kayenta, Monument Valley, Moab, Grand Junction, Rifle, Craig, and north through WY. All good roads, and you'll hit I25 in Casper.

Or, go up to 40 and over to 25, if you really want to say on the interstates.

Well welcome to Montana,

The Yellowstone B&G ranch has a great Horse therapy program. Hopefully we will be attending
one of the clinics that are held in Billings. Probably see you then

Now that's the spirit, go a differant way and see differant sites! Have a fun and safe trip, post some pictures when you can. Some very pretty country up there, and wide open spaces.

Happy Trails,

Paul

Andy, got Jakes? If not, the section of I25 between Raton, NM and Trinidad, CO will need your undivided attention.

Wave out the passenger window when passing between Colorado exits 130-150 on I25...I might not see you since I'm 30 miles east, but you can always try ;D
