Hi Folks,
To be a centerfold it's quite easy on your part. This is what we did.
1- take some really good pics of the outside of your bus,[about10] then add your construction pics,[30-40] then put them on a disc for Dennis.
2- Compose a story of about 8 to 12 paragraphs, think of a title, put the story on a disc and send it to Dennis with the other items.
3- Drawl a layout of your interior on plain paper, then list all your features and items in your bus, send it to dennis with all the rest....
It's that easy!

Just a note on the size of the photographs.
Try to set your digital camera for photos of at least 1 MB. (1024X768, 1152X864, 1280X960, 1280X1024). If you try to use pictures of the same size as you email (640X480, 800X600)they will become grainey and blurred when blown up on the pages of our benefactors magazine.
You wouldn't want your baby to look anything less than her best, now would you?

i just sent a brief note telling him what we have and how it came about. i thought he'd respond back if he was interested and we'd follow up with more.
i didn't know we were supposed to do all that work, for pete's sakes. i've been too busy working on my bus.
you should have seen my wife's mouth drop when i told her i applied to be a centerfold. after i explained that it wasn't a beefcake mag, but the Bus mag for us and the bus, she still wasn't happy. she's a bit of an introvert and public pictures aren't her style. Oh well!
Tell your wife we'd all like to see the story and progress.
Gary Lombard could give mac plenty of photo's also does a good job of telling a tale.
he might even get a free subscription if he writes several stories.
I really enjoy his pictures and comments. A story in the magazine about the "rustless money pit " would be good reading.
