Real Estate lady left and we decided to sell the Lot (lower 7.6 acres ) seperately, could go for $55.000+
I can get more for it that way and the 3 acres the house sets on will go for about $130.000
So, i could walk away with more that $90.000 in my pocket after all is paid..
$30.000 to $40.000 for Bus and the rest in the bank !!!!!
All in All things are doing better and I am seeing the Future again..

Is the real estate market in your area still doing well enough to sell anything? Sales here in the Minneapolis, MN metro area are off 15% from last year and many sellers are reducing prices by $20k or more.
I've given up on putting my house on the market until next spring due to the slow sales plus the market is best March through June.

The real estate market is in the toilet around here too. Seems like every other house in town is sitting empty, for sale or for rent.

Real Estate values are going UP UP UP here. Dont know WHY ???? But our property value according to the Tax asesser went up 15.000 last year.. Still Cheep compared to lots of Other places ... Town is growing fast and New Motels and Stores and Businesses are coming here.. Dont know Why that is eather.. its all Drunkin Rednecks and Old people here. A retail store sent out Questionairs for the store, to see if people wanted them to come here. I wrote " If you like a place where Everybody is either To young, To Old, To Stupid or To Drunk to Drive, then this is the place for you "
The worst drivers ive ever seen here.. Nobody uses Seat belts and they havent a Clue as to What a TURN SIGNAL is.... ???
