Heck, it's my turn to just show up to some bus rally. All of you guys in the SE seem to have all of the fun... rally here, get-together there in FL, SC, NC, TN... lucky dawgs. Anybody up for something out here in "flyover country"... NE, KS, CO or, WY someplace?

Cheers,
Brian B.

Brian,
It's only about 1,037 miles from Denver to Union City, Tn. and I just happen to know that there is a rally scheduled for September 6-10.

I'll bet there might even be a prize given out for the farthest distance traveled!

Seeya there!

Brian, that's why we have buses....so we can get in them and drive, and drive, and drive.  If you can think of enough stuff to post over 500 times, you can get in that bus and boogie on over to TN.  Y'all come see us, ya hear???  Cat

RE: All of you guys in the SE seem to have all of the fun...

It's all Dallas' & Cat's fault  ::)

Just a short while ago, there was a Scenicruiser run on Route 66. Started in Ca I believe. There were 5 scenics rolling down the road. That sounds to me like fun too!

Sorry for the short notice on the upstate rally, It just sort of fell into place for me. If you leave now, you'd have plenty of time to get here  ;D I know I'd like to meet up with you & yours!

If you are in the area, we can have one then too!

It's all Dallas' & Cat's fault   ::)

It ain't neither and you can't prove it, 'cause nobody saw me!

I categorically deny the allegations!

And besides, the glove didn't fit.  ;D

Hey Brian it's only 1078.6 miles from Longmont (sorry I didn't have a physical address to figure it exactly!) to my door step! That's 15hrs & 48 min. at legal driving speeds! And I'm not sure what kinda mileage ya get but at 4mpg city & 7mpg Hwy @ $2.85 a gallon that's only $872.25 round trip(and I know we can get ya fuel cheaper than that here locolly!). So what's the excuse now? You can cross the "Mighty Mississippi River" on the Hickman ferry! (then you can teach the kids about Huck Finn & Tom Sawyer) So I guess we'll see ya there here ?!?!?

Bryce, my excuse is your rally is about three weeks too late for us. The kids start school on Aug. 20th. Last Fall, I was actually homeschooling them all, and could come if they still were. But saner minds prevailed this year, and we got them all signed up in a local charter school.

It does sound like fun, though!

Brian,

I'm down in the Springs, and I know there are a few more of us along the Front Range.  I think we should try to have a mini rally/get together somewhere around here.

What about it...are there any others out there in CO, KS, WY, NE that would like to get together this summer?  Let's get something going.

OK I'll except that 1, Cat set the date! It's all her fault! (Dallas said so! Didn't ya Dallas? wink, wink) If it'd make a difference I'm sure we can come up with more educational stuff too! That would make their teachers envious to have them come back teaching what they learned on their last outting, cause you know all their classmates would be wanting to know more! LOL! I say get with Cat after this one and let her know when is a good time for y'all to make it to a SPRING FLING @ BK"S, Cat, an Dallas' Place(alphabetical order there! LOL).

Pick a place & date that you & one other can do. Then put out the word. That's what Jack & I did & it's turning out nicely.

Don't tyr to over plan it, you will just stress over nothing  ;D
