Do ya spose it matters if I hook the black wire and the copper wire together before I plug it in?
Also, what's the Zip tie for in the second picture?

Black and copper colors go good together, Hook em up!
But Nick, what do I do with those extra red and blue ones???

Tape them together, Bend them out of the way, and save them for future use like, when the black and copper ones burn out!
