Title: koni shocks?
Post by: grantgoold on June 24, 2007, 07:09:40 AM
Anybody using Koni adjustable shocks on their MCI 9s? If so, what has been your experience? Are the shocks all the same (front, tag, drive)?

Thanks

Grant

Grant:

Not an MCI-9, but I installed Koni adjustables on the front of my 4104.  I am very pleased with the ride improvement.  I initally set them at the middle of the ride firmness scale.  After a test ride or two, I increased it to one step below the firmest ride (perfect).   It made a big enough difference that the replacement of my rear shocks as dropped down considerably on my list of priorities.

Thanks to everyone for their insight. I will consider some for the front to check them out!
