Hi Guys,
Well part of my plans got dashed today by an owner with a semi-bogus FSBO listing.
The listing said $75 k, But they wouldn't sell what they said, They wanted $145k for all property including the part for $75k and wouldn't separate it even though it is listed that way.... Sucks..
I wasted $80 for forms and Fedex for nothing, They informed me they sold it after they got my offer in writing with a deposit check.
So, I have a couple of ideas and am looking at some places, I would like any of you that either is in TN to let me know if you know of something affordable and big enough for buses, small rallies or reworkable to do part of that. I have a set $100k limit. And need to be near enough to a good medical facility...
Middle TN or area.
