he folks
for my 1964gm 4106 i get mixed recommendations for transmission fluids
what do you recommend??
i have a double clutch transmission(original one??!!)

If you have a manual it should tell what is recommended. If you don't, get one. It has been a big help for me concerning our Eagle. It lists all the fluids, what type, amount etc..

Dutch, I have the manual if you want them....

your transmissionis a Spicer forget the model #

it uses 30 wt oil

as far as downshifting.......do you know how to double clutch properly......if not search this board for RJ's excelent description/instruction........

I have had 4 Buffalos. Run the same thing as in your engine 30 or 40w..NOTHING ELSE!!!!

50wt as per the manual and my post on BNO.
