Are you thinking of having a Texas style Bus-In of some kind...?
Texas-BBQ,
Hang out at the pool & hot-tub,
Ride them horses down on the Beach,
Have a Bus open house and exchange tall tales of our bus conversions....

There seems to be enough of us and I'm sure some out-of-state folks would be interested in coming along.
We could show 'em some Texas hospitality.
