Dutch, if anyone can help you out with the info you're looking for...my guess is that Chuck Lott (Chuckmc8) would be the guy. He lives just north of ATL and seems to have his finger on the pulse of what's going on in ATL.
If he doesn't pick up on this in a day or so look up hos profile and PM him. You'll find him both a neat guy and quite helpful.
