Title: removing the steering column in an Eagle
Post by: kysteve on April 28, 2007, 09:56:50 AM
Can anybody tell me how to get the column out of the steering box on a 1969 Eagle.  I put up a picture of the joint on my blog so you can see it in large form.  http://ourbusconversion.blogspot.com/
Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks Steve

Im going to try to post that image here

Not sure about the steering column problem but WOW, nice job on the steps. Superior job and planning.

I have a 68 Eagle and will do the curved entrance also, just doing it a differant way to achieve the same thing.

Happy Trails,

Paul

Thanks Paul, the step layout certainly isnt unique as Dave Galey has them laid out in his book that way. They were a bear.  I just loved the layout though.

Anyhow, I need to get that stupid column apart so I can start raising the drivers floor up.

Thanks Steve
